Officeworks - Supporting schools across Australia
About
Officeworks needs no introduction, it’s one of Australia’s primary providers for all things stationary, computing, and everything in between. They help out hundreds of schools each year, including Mundaring Christian College. They’ve been using Officeworks as their go-to retailer and have nothing but great things to say about their services.
Task
We set out to do a classic testimonial – and to do that we needed to achieve two things. Firstly, conduct a great interview. Second, capture some great broll of the school and the subject – Michelle with an Officeworks rep.
Approach
Our approach to this project was very similar to the past testimonial projects that we’ve done that have gone on to be quite successful. By getting to know the subject a bit before the interview, we were able to steer them towards the sorts of answers that were going to make it into the edit. By highlighting the school grounds, which were nestled into the heart of Mundaring – it made for a great establishing shot that highlighted some of WA’s beauty.
Result
We were super pleased with how this project turned out. We always love the process of crafting a testimonial, as each project is challenging in it’s own way. Finding the right balance of supportive language, while also trying to weave in a call to action is something that is great fun to try and search for.
